Hello Renata members,

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but after long and serious consideration, I've decided that what's best is that I close the game. For some, it might come as a shock, but for others, it might not. As the end of the summer approaches in the next month, I have my own fair share of real life issues that have been taking over recently. They've taken over a lot more than I intended them to. With that and trying to make time to have some time for myself every once in a while, attempting to continue to maintain a game that I'm not even wholly invested in anymore is not an option anymore. I regret to notify you of my decision, but it was a hard decision to come to. I don't feel comfortable with handing the reins to anyone else, but I don't think the game should be kept open either.

I can only ask that you please respect that this game is closed, that this idea, this setting, the characters, and everything else has been posted on this main page was of my design. I know that a handful of you have grown with your character in the year-and-a-half that this game was open, having added updates in that time span. Those characters ultimately became yours, and if you would like to continue doing plot-lines as so, feel free. You guys are more than welcome to nteract with whoever is remaining in the game. However, the other characters, the other biographies that were posted, are not. I would prefer that none of you take these characters and use them anywhere else. That generally goes for everything else in the game. I just ask that you don't take the plot, characters, graphics, anything else you can think of to use for another game or perhaps to create a new game from. That is stealing, and that is not okay. The game is closed, and I want it to stay that way.

To end this message on a more positive note, I want to thank every single one of you who's made it this far. You've stayed throughout people leaving, people going inactive, the whole shebang. Running this roleplay was a wonderful experience for the most part, and it's sad to let go. But, this is a chapter of my life that I will look back on fondly as I close it, and move on. I love you all so, so much, and I wish you all the best. I wish you all luck with your future endeavors, wherever they may take you.
